Mr. Flint Waters
Flint Waters leads training on investigating online child exploitation through a sponsorship from a private corporation named TLO. He oversees the development of updates and further innovation involving the investigation of online exploitation of children. Flint recently led the Wyoming Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. He has presented throughout the United States and numerous other countries. In January 2006 he was selected to act as a delegate for First Lady Laura Bush at a Child Exploitation Conference in Paris. Flint was received the IACP ChoicePoint award, the US Attorney General's Special Commendation Award and the NCMEC Leadership Award. His work was featured through a recent interview with Oprah.
