Hon. Peter J. McNiff
Judge Peter J. McNiff was born in Laramie, Wyoming, August 16, 1940. He attended the University of Wyoming, College of Law and received a B.S. degree in 1964 and a Jurist Doctor degree in 1967.
He was employed by the State of Wyoming from 1967 to 1978 in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
He was in private practice of law specializing in bankruptcy from 1978 to 1994 in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
Judge McNiff was appointed Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Wyoming in 1994 and reappointed in 2008 for another 14 year term.
