Mr. Paul S. Rehurek
Paul S. Rehurek has been a member of the Criminal Division of the Wyoming Attorney General's Office since 1987. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, in 1974 and his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Nebraska, College of Law in 1977. Before coming to Wyoming, he was a public defender in Nebraska. At the Wyoming Attorney General's Office, his areas of practice have included executive clemency on behalf of the Governor's Office, prisoner litigation, administrative law on behalf of various Wyoming governmental agencies, and criminal appellate practice before the Wyoming Supreme Court, Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Wyoming State Bar and the Nebraska State Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before the Wyoming Supreme Court, Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
