Mr. Mitchell H. Edwards
Mitchell H. Edwards is an associate in the law firm of Nicholas & Tangeman, LLC where he practices in the areas of civil litigation in both federal and state courts (including complex litigation and intellectual property litigation), appellate advocacy, oil & gas law, mining law, natural resources law, land use and planning, local government law, and administrative law. Mitch received his B.A. degree in 2000 and his J.D. degree in 2004 from the University of Wyoming. He is a member of the Wyoming Bar Association and the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association. Mitch is admitted to practice in Wyoming and before the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the United States Court of Federal Claims, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
