Mr. Andrew W. Baldwin

Andrew W. Baldwin is a shareholder of Baldwin, Crocker & Rudd, P.C., which has represented the Northern Arapaho Tribe and tribal agencies since 1992 in matters ranging from the Indian Child Welfare Act and environmental protection to gaming and housing, The firm also represents individuals and businesses in tribal, state and federal court. Andy was named Minority Small Business Advocate of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration in 2000. He has instructed a course in Indian law at Central Wyoming College. He served as in-house counsel to the Northern Arapaho Tribe in 1988-92 and as Executive Director of Wind River Legal Services in 1983-1988. He is a graduate of University of Idaho, College of Law and Wright State University. Andy and his wife Gina have three grown children. In his spare time, Andy enjoys floating down a river or flying a small aircraft.
