Mr. Todd H. Hambrick
Todd Hambrick is a Plaintiff’s personal injury trial lawyer in Casper, Wyoming. After a few years as an insurance defense attorney, his practice is devoted solely to Plaintiff’s personal injury litigation. For almost two decades, Todd has successfully tried jury cases in many of the districts in Wyoming and in the Federal District Court, as well as handled appeals to the Wyoming Supreme Court.
He has handled major products liability cases against large corporations, automobile injury cases, wrongful death, catastrophic injury cases, medical malpractice and other personal injury cases of a large variety.
Todd Hambrick is a 1983 graduate of the University of Nebraska and a 1993 graduate of the University of Wyoming College of Law where he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review. He is a board member of the Wyoming Trial Lawyer’s Associations, and has served on the Judicial Nominating Commission and the Fee Dispute Committee of the Wyoming Bar Association.
