Mr. James R. Salisbury
James R. Salisbury is a partner in the firm Riske, Salisbury & Kelly, P.C., in Cheyenne, Wyoming, practicing in the areas of administrative law, personal injury, real estate, workers’ compensation, commercial, construction, employment and insurance litigation. Mr. Salisbury is licensed to practice in both Colorado (2008) and Wyoming (1996). He received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Wyoming (1992) and his Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota (1996). He is a member of the Order of the Coif (1996), Order of the Barristers (1996) and various legal fraternities.
