Hon. Jeffrey A. Donnell
The Honorable Jeffrey A. Donnell is a Wyoming native, having been born and raised in Worland, Wyoming. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wyoming in 1974 and went on to the College of Law to obtain his Juris Doctorate in 1977. Judge Donnell practiced with the Worland firm of Davis, Donnell, Worrall & Bancroft until his appointment to the Albany County District Court in 1996. Since his appointment, he has been on the Wyoming Children and Families Advisory Board; University of Wyoming College of Law – Honorary Member, Order of the Coif, 2004; President, District Judges’ Conference 2004-2005;Chairman, Permanent Rule Advisory Committee, Rules of Evidence 1996-present; Lehman Award for Judicial Excellence & Leadership 2007.
