Mr. Timothy O. Beppler
After graduating from the University of Wyoming, College of Law in 1976, Mr. Beppler served for several years as the law clerk for Wyoming Supreme Court Justice Robert R. Rose. Since 1979, he has practiced law in Evanston, Wyoming, with his emphasis being in the areas of estate and business planning. Mr. Beppler is a member of American Bar Association (Section of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law); the Wyoming and Utah State Bars; the Uinta County Bar Association; and the Salt Lake City Estate Planning Council. He is a past member of the Board of Bar Commissioners for the Wyoming State Bar, and is a former chair of the Wyoming Board of Professional Responsibility and of the Wyoming Commission on Judicial Conduct and Ethics, of which he is still a member. Mr. Beppler has served as an officer and board member of a number of non-profit organizations, including the Wyoming State Bar Foundation, the Evanston Area Community Foundation, B.E.A.R. Project, Inc. and Uinta Recycling, Inc. He is a past chair of the Uinta County Library Board and the Evanston Urban Renewal Board, and was named as Evanston’s “Citizen of the Year” in 2005. He is married to Kathryn Beppler, and is the proud father of two daughters, Margaret and Julie.
