Mr. Dale G. Higer
Dale G. Higer is general counsel for Investors Financial Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Higer was a capital partner in the Boise office of Stoel Rives LLP practicing in the areas of banking, creditor’s rights, bankruptcy, real estate, estate planning, probate and state and local taxation. He was a charter member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and has been a Commissioner of the Idaho Commission on Uniform State Laws since 1990. In addition to serving on the Revised Uniform Limited Liability Company Act drafting committee, he has served on several uniform law drafting committees, including the Harmonization of Business Entity Acts, the Business Organizations Act, the Unincorporated Nonprofit Association Act and the drafting committee to revise UCC Article 9, is a member of the Joint Editorial Board on Uniform Unincorporated Organizations Acts and currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Uniform Law Commission. Mr. Higer received a B.A. in history from the University of Washington and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
