Mr. Timothy Charles Cotton

BackBack to Annual Meeting Home

Timothy ‘Tim’ Cotton is a Wyoming Native and self confessed “late bloomer.” A Sheridan High School graduate, he set off to see the world and after surviving several adventures, included a hitch in the United States Marine Corps and a stint on the Mexican border as a dog handler for U.S Customs, he enrolled in college at the ripe old age of thirty five; earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Anthropology/Sociology from Eastern Oregon University and subsequently a Juris Doctorate from the University of Wyoming College of Law. As an attorney, Tim has worked for the Office of the Public Defender and now has his own practice in Casper focusing on criminal, juvenile, and family law. Tim oversees indigent parent’s attorney assignments for Natrona County. He is a member of the Children’s Justice Project Parent Legal Representation Committee.
