2011 Annual Meeting - Cancellation Policy
Registration refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be given to registrants who cancel by 5:00 p.m. Thursday, September 1, 2011. If notice is received between September 2nd and September 8th at 5:00 p.m., refunds will be given less a $150 processing fee. After September 8th, no refunds or transfers will be granted.
