In an effort to assure access to justice for all people, the Wyoming State Bar has partnered with the Wyoming Center for Legal Aid to provide you with a guide to Limited Scope Representation. Limited Scope Representation includes a range of attorney-client relationships where you, the attorney, handle part, but not all, of a legal matter.
Attorneys who offer Limited Scope Representation find that it provides greater flexibility within their practice, accommodates a broader range of potential clients and allows individuals of “modest means” to obtain some legal assistance that is otherwise cost prohibitive under more traditional attorney-client relationships.
And mark your calendars for September 10 – 13th, as there will be a CLE program on Limited Scope Representation at this year’s Annual Meeting in Gillette!
