Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees, Carbon County School District 1 of Rawlins, Wyoming, will receive sealed qualifications for General Counsel and Legal Advising Services for the District. The District seeks RFQs for a General Counsel/firm licensed to practice law in the State of Wyoming and qualified to provide legal services for Public School general administration, employment, personnel relations and construction during the contract term.
