The Rodenburg Law Firm, with offices in Bismarck and Fargo, ND, is adding another attorney in its Fargo office to handle collections and creditors’ rights litigation. Duties include, but are not limited to, preparation of pleadings, discovery and motion practice, settlement negotiations, occasional trial work and some management responsibilities. The firm practices in the courts of MN, MT, ND, SD and WY. Admission to the bar in two or more of these states is a plus. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
