Represent State of Wyoming in legal actions to establish paternity and support for children and to enforce and modify the obligations. Provide legal direction to child support staff. Ensure compliance with federal requirements for child support program and mandatory timeframes. Suggest and implement efficient processes and policies for the office. Train child support caseworkers. Other duties as assigned.
