Join us for an afternoon of free CLE; two free sessions in one afternoon.
The first session, Limited Scope Representation, is designed for attorneys who would like to learn more about limited scope representation, or unbundling of legal services. The CLE will address how the rules expand the reach of legal services by developing a new model of service delivery to clients on a limited scope basis.
The program will address how attorneys can use this model to expand their practice to new markets of litigants. The program will provide attorneys with the tools they need to begin utilizing the limited scope representation model as part of their practice, including sample forms, templates, and checklists for compliance and as well as an in depth review of the rules of ethics that apply to limited scope representation.
The second session, Tips from a Justice, with presenter Hon. Justice Michael Davis, will provide practical tips for attorneys handling appeals to the Wyoming Supreme Court.
