Wyoming Supreme Court Suspends Two Attorneys
CHEYENNE–The Wyoming State Bar today announced that two attorneys have been suspended from the practice of law in Wyoming for failing to comply with Rule 4 of the Rules of the Wyoming Supreme Court for Continuing Legal Education.
The following attorneys are suspended from the practice of law in Wyoming: - Joel Morgan Eastman - Dallas, Texas
- John K. Nooney - Rapid City, South Dakota
Rule 4 of the Rules of the Wyoming Supreme Court for Continuing Legal Education states that, “To obtain continuing legal education credit, an attorney shall submit a form approved by the Board for each continuing legal education activity for which credit is sought. The approved form should be submitted within a reasonable time following participation in the activity, but in no event later than January 30, of the year following the calendar year in which the attorney’s participation occurred.” Anyone wishing further information should contact the Wyoming State Bar at (307) 632-9061.
