Attorneys Volunteer Services for Free Legal Clinic

CHEYENNE - The Wyoming State Bar today announced a partnership with the Laramie County Bar Association and the Laramie County Library to host Law Night on Thursday, June 5th, from 6 - 8 p.m. at the Laramie County Library in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Law Night is a free legal clinic that will provide the public with one-on-one brief, initial consultations on any civil (non-criminal) issue such as personal injury; landlord/tenant disputes; divorce or child custody; estate planning; and more.

Volunteer attorneys from the Laramie County Bar Association will be donating their time to meet with walk-in clients on a first come, first served basis. Appointments are not necessary.

“We hope that this is a service the county bar can provide to the community to help address some basic questions and to familiarize people with the legal system as it relates to specific problems they may have,” said Bill Pilger, the president of the Laramie County Bar Association.

Law Night will take place at the new Laramie County Library located at 2200 Pioneer Avenue in the Cottonwood Room.

Anyone wishing further information should contact the Wyoming State Bar at (307) 632-9061.
