Wyoming State Bar Launches New Website
CHEYENNE - The Wyoming State Bar has launched a new website – www.WyomingBar.org – to better serve the public as well as Wyoming attorneys.
“We are committed to providing the public easy access to Wyoming lawyers,” said Sharon Wilkinson, Communications Director for the Wyoming State Bar. “The redesign also offers Wyoming attorneys many useful resources.”
The navigation of the site has been refined to make information much easier to find. Some of the online features for the public include: • Lawyer Referral Service • Wyoming Volunteer Lawyer Program • Job Bank
WyomingBar.org was also designed to provide Wyoming attorneys with many useful tools. Lawyers now have personalized, up-to-the-minute access to their continuing legal education records as well as their license fee status.
The online Job Bank is a very user-friendly tool for both job seekers as well as employers. For a flat fee of $75, employers post a job description with no word limit. The fully-searchable job listings run for 60 full days.
The Wyoming State Bar is a licensing and regulatory agency for Wyoming-licensed attorneys. It serves the legal profession as well as the general public by helping to make the administration of justice more effective. At the same time, the Bar works to foster respect and understanding of the legal system. It also proposes changes to make the system more responsive to the needs of society.
