Supreme Court Suspends Five Attorneys

CHEYENNE–The Wyoming State Bar today announced that five attorneys have been suspended from the practice of law in Wyoming for failing to comply with Rule 4 of the Rules of the Wyoming Supreme Court for Continuing Legal Education.

The following attorneys are suspended from the practice of law in Wyoming:


  • Cassandra S. Ando - Spokane, Washington
  • Bradley L. Booke - Las Vegas, Nevada
  • Carol W. Burton - Denver, Colorado
  • Edwin B. Parry - Bountiful, Utah
  • Michael E. Warren - The Villages, Florida


Rule 4 of the Rules of the Wyoming Supreme Court for Continuing Legal Education states that, “To obtain continuing legal education credit, an attorney shall submit a form approved by the Board for each continuing legal education activity for which credit is sought. The approved form should be submitted within a reasonable time following participation in the activity, but in no event later than January 30, of the year following the calendar year in which the attorney’s participation occurred.”
