System Thinking: How to Develop Effective Workflows Across Your Law Practice
October 24, 2022 12:00 PM-1:00 PM
Lawyers have traditionally managed by the seat of their pants: reacting to everything, putting out fires – without making proactive choices about how to run their businesses. Many attorneys view their law practices as a puzzle, to be figured out daily and enjoy the intellectual stimulation that that provides. However, building and maintaining systems is also an intellectual challenge—one that will have a direct, positive impact on your bottom line
In this program, we will address strategies for building systems across every aspect of your law practice, so you can generate massive efficiency, keep your clients happy and increase your revenue.
Topics to be covered include:
• Building intake workflows
• Adding case workflows
• Creating a remarketing program
• The relationship between efficiency and revenue
• How systems increase the value of your law practice
