Out of Office: How to Manage a Virtual Workforce
February 17, 2022 12:00 PM-1:00 PM
Attorneys have traditionally preferred to manage by walking around, in an in-office environment. Of course, as lots of law offices continue to operate with remote staff, you’ve got to have a sturdy pair of shoes to pull that off. As a modern law firm manager, you need to implement software and drive productivity through those tools.
In this program, we’ll cover best practices for managing remote staff, or a hybrid workforce.
Topics to be addressed will include:
- Defining tasks + building workflows
- Selecting software
- Tracking efficiency, metrics
- Building a culture
- Managing data security
