How many times have you been involved in a discussion or formal interview with someone that gave you a bad feeling? You brushed it aside, but something was not right in their answers, their tone, or maybe even their smile. With so much vital information being conveyed from one person to another, in many different environments. It is imperative business professionals recognize when a person answers might be deceptive and when the assistance of a professional interviewer might be needed. Remember, hindsight is 20/20 and can be very expensive. Doug will discuss how to understand the difference between deception and lies as well as how to peel away the layers of a story to get to the underlying information.
