Open Arms: Creating a Modern Intake System for Your Law Firm
August 27, 2021 12:00 PM-1:00 PM
There are two significant problems with the way that most law firms run client intake. The first is that lots of law firms don’t have an intake program (now called a ‘client journey) to speak of. The second is that many law firms still rely on in-person intake methods. The convenience economy is here to stay, however, and law firm managers need to look to develop an intake roadmap that can be managed in a completely virtual fashion.
In this program, we will discuss how to take the first steps in developing an intake roadmap, as well as the technology you will want to use to build it out, in real-time.
Specific topics to be addressed in the presentation include:
• how to build a client journey
• a rundown of the full set of intake technologies for modern law practice
• utilizing reports and data to make better marketing decisions
