What Information Can We Obtain About You from Your Cell Phone and How Can We Apply That in Legal Cases?

The key pieces of information in a growing number of civil and criminal cases are obtained from a cell phone and its related cloud accounts and from the cell phone operators. The amount and type of information that is stored about the phone owner is expansive and growing each day. It is critical to understand what information can be obtained through subpoena and how to analyze and use it in a legal case. It is also important to understand how the cell phone data can be challenged and excluded from the case. Rich will go into specifics about what can be gathered and how to use it or challenge it in court.

Richard Miletic
Richard Miletic has been in the wireless field for over 30 years. He has a deep understanding of wireless technologies. He performs expert testimony in criminal and civil cases all over the United States. He has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Illinois in Urbana, IL, and a Master’s in Business from DePaul University in Chicago. He has served in cases ranging from murder, kidnapping and sexual abuse to vehicle accidents and medical malpractice. He has the unique ability to explain highly technical concepts in easily understandable terms.
