| Admission Restrictions: | Firearm manufacturing in the United States has evolved from colonial-era craftsmanship to highly advanced modern production, accompanied by an increasingly complex legal and regulatory framework. This virtual seminar provides an overview of the federal and state laws governing firearm manufacturing, including the Gun Control Act, the National Firearms Act, and recent court decisions shaping the industry. It also examines emerging technologies such as 3D printing, growing market opportunities in areas like suppressors and optics, and the serious legal risks associated with noncompliance. Attendees will gain a practical understanding of how to navigate these rules while pursuing innovation and growth in the firearms market. |
