Will the July bar exam be administered as scheduled?

We do not know how the ongoing COVID-19 crisis will impact the July 2020 Wyoming Bar Exam. The final application deadline was April 15, 2020. On April 10, 2020, the Wyoming Supreme Court issued an order implementing a practice pending admission rule which will allow Bar exam applicants who have satisfied the requirements of the rule to practice under the supervision of a licensed member of the Wyoming State Bar while they await their Bar exam results. The rule will only apply in the event that the July 2020 exam is postponed. We are in close contact with the National Conference of Bar Examiners and other jurisdictions as we all consider possible options for the July exam in the event that exam venue closures or prohibitions against large gatherings remain in effect. Please continue to monitor this website for updated information. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
