The digital edition is available free of charge to anyone who visits the Bar’s website. This only increases readership among audience segments who do not regularly receive or subscribe to the magazine, such as employees of law firms and court personnel.

The Wyoming State Bar reserves the right to reject advertising that it determines is inconsistent with the professional character of its publications. As a matter of policy, the following advertising shall not be accepted:
- Advertising for products or services that are illegal in Wyoming or whose movement in interstate commerce is illegal
- Advertising for contests, lotteries or the offering of prizes based on chance
- Advertising for alcoholic beverages, tobacco products or firearms
- Advertising advocating positions on political or ideological issues that are not reasonably related to the Bar’s core functions, including campaign ads
