21-Day Wellness Challenge
The Wyoming State Bar would like to invite you to participate in a 21-Day Wellness Challenge beginning September 8, 2020. This challenge is for anyone who is looking to stay healthy and active as we settle into the fall season. The challenge will include at-home workouts (no equipment required), nutrition advice and challenges, and mental well-being practices.
Registrants will receive a daily email with the following day's challenge information. We encourage you to journal throughout the challenge to track any physical or mental changes you may notice, as well as any lifestyle changes you would like to implement going forward.
It is our hope that this challenge will jump start improved lifestyle choices.
