STEPHEN R. WINSHIP is a member of the Casper, Wyoming firm of Winship & Winship, P.C. He is a graduate of Colorado College, magna cum laude, and a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received his J.D. from the University of Utah in 1982, where he was a member of the staff of the Journal of Contemporary Law. He served as a clerk-intern for Ralph R. Mabey, U. S. Bankruptcy Judge, District of Utah. He is board certified in Business and Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification and Member of Local Bankruptcy Rules Committee.
