CALL FOR COMMENTS – Rules for the Client Protection Fund
January 24, 2017 - Member Announcements
The Board of Officers & Commissioners met in Gillette last Friday, January 20th. At that meeting the Board approved distribution of proposed Rules for the Client Protection Fund of the Wyoming State Bar to the membership. The Bar is now seeking your comments on these rules. The proposed rules would replace existing rules relating to the Clients’ Security Fund, which have long been in need of updating.
CLICK HERE to download the proposed rules.
Comments should be submitted to Mark Gifford, Bar Counsel, by March 17, 2017.
