Casper Attorney Suspended From Practice of Law

CHEYENNE – The Wyoming Supreme Court has issued an order of immediate suspension of Casper lawyer, Thomas John Whitney. The court’s order suspended Whitney from the practice of law effective immediately, pending final resolution of formal disciplinary charges that will be filed against him. The court’s order requires Whitney not to accept any new legal matters and to notify all clients as well as opposing counsel in litigation matters by certified mail of his inability to act as an attorney.
