Assembly Line: How Document Automation Can Positively Affect Any Law Firm
November 18, 2024 12:00 PM-1:00 PM
Even at this late date – and, despite the existence of various tools for managing it – a significant number of law firms are still generating documents the old-fashioned way: using cut-and-paste or ‘mail merge’ tools.
Ultimately, lawyers are paper pushers – even if most of the paper is now electronic – and, producing documents from templates, is a pretty large portion of the job description. So, the adoption of document assembly in law practice can make a big impression; in fact, it’s probably the most impactful efficiency upgrade you can make as a law firm.
If you’re not doing it already – it may be because you’re not sure of how to do it. The process is not necessarily simple; but it is manageable.
So, if you remain interested, but need a little guidance – join us for this in-depth seminar, where we’ll discuss all things document automation.
Topics to be addressed include:
• How to determine which documents to automate
• How to set up your documents for automation
• How to choose a software
• Using a consultant versus DIY
• Customer interface
• Pricing
