Hire Learning: Growth & Retention Strategies for Law Firms
August 4, 2025 2:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m.
Law firms are service businesses; so, being that attorneys can’t clone themselves, to build revenue, after a certain point—they need to find additional billers. Now, there are a number of strategies for finding staff and contractors—as well as a number of ways to form those relationships.
In this broad discussion, we will review the best practices around building a law firm team, including retaining the best people. Law firm growth is incumbent upon surrounding yourself with the right people; and, in a competitive marketplace for legal talent, that job is harder than ever to complete.
If your law firm has grown stagnant – getting the right help, can set you free.
Topics to be addressed will include:
• Hiring tactics
• Retention strategies
• Leveraging profit centers
• Forms of engagement
• Technology as employee
