Desperately Seeking: How Legal Consumers Find Lawyers & What Lawyers Can Do About It
September 25, 2025 12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m.
Legal consumers locate legal services, in a whole host of ways. Understanding why and how they do what they do is the first step to building an effective law firm marketing program.
Of course, there are many hazards in the way, including even non-law firm actors, who wish to get access to those legal consumers, first. In other words, there’s even more competition for your business than you might have anticipated.
The good news is that there are a number of tactics that law firms can leverage online – including at no cost—that can change the game for them, from a lead enticement perspective. Join us for a well-rounded conversation around conversion strategies you may never have considered.
Topics to be addressed will include:
• Legal consumer search habits
• What legal consumers want from lawyers
• The competitive landscape for attorneys
• Non-traditional law firm marketing strategies
• Conversion tactics for law firms
