June 18, 2026 12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m.
The routine nature of certain aspects of a bankruptcy case lends itself to simple mistakes and overlooked issues. These missteps and miscues result in delayed relief, lost time, and increased costs.A refresher on the basics of routine practice, and in particular issues surrounding the filing of a case, the sale of assets and seeking first day relief, can benefit all parties interest, including the Court. This CLE is designed to reinforce many of the fundamental concepts and issues that pertain to bankruptcy cases in an effort to keep practitioners “out of the soup.” Oh, and there will be doughnuts, too!
