FERRIS APPOINTED TO WYOMING STATE BAR GOVERNING BOARD
CHEYENNE – The Wyoming State Bar is pleased to announce that Kyle A. Ferris, an attorney from Gillette, Wyoming, has been appointed commissioner of the Wyoming State Bar to represent the Sixth Judicial District, which consists of Campbell, Crook and Weston Counties. Ferris was appointed as a result of Alison Gee being elected to serve as the Vice President of the organization. Ferris will complete Gee’s term, which expires September 2025.
Ferris is a Deputy County and Prosecuting Attorney in Campbell County. He was born and raised in Wyoming. He attended Wake Forest University for his undergraduate degree and the University of Wyoming College of Law. Ferris prosecuted felony cases prior to his current obligation, handling civil matters for the county.
