LARAMIE ATTORNEY RECOGNIZED FOR PRO BONO SERVICE
CHEYENNE – The Wyoming State Bar is pleased to announce that Linda Devine, an attorney from Laramie, has received a 2024 Pro Bono Award for Legal Services. Judge Dawnessa Snyder presented the award at last week’s Pro Bono Luncheon which was held in conjunction with the Bar’s Annual Meeting & Judicial Conference in Cheyenne.
The nomination for the award was also submitted by Judge Snyder.
Devine is being honored for her extraordinary commitment to serving underrepresented parties and her exceptional contributions to the Laramie community. Judge Snyder recognized Devine’s willingness to volunteer her time and expertise to assist indigent litigants as well as her extensive involvement in the juvenile court and involuntary hospitalization proceedings. In addition to Devine’s extensive pro bono work, she gives back to the community by creating partnerships with various entities providing opportunities to support local initiatives and charitable causes.
