MELINKOVICH ELECTED TREASURER OF WYOMING STATE BAR

CHEYENNE – The Wyoming State Bar is pleased to announce that Clayton M. Melinkovich, an attorney from Pinedale, Wyoming, has been elected Treasurer of its organization.

The 2026/2027 Election of Officers was held according to Article II, Section 1 and Article VI of the Bylaws of the Wyoming State Bar.

Melinkovich is a graduate of the University of Wyoming College of Law and is in his second term as County Attorney for Sublette County. He has two daughters who are active in sports at Pinedale High School, love mountain biking and skiing, and all things outdoors.

Melinkovich succeeds Kelly Neville, an attorney from Laramie.

In his capacity as Treasurer, Melinkovich will be a member-at-large of the Board of Officers and Commissioners and a member of the Executive Committee. The treasurer assists the Executive Committee in preparing the annual budget and in presenting it to the Board of Officers and Commissioners. The treasurer advises the executive director and the administrative staff of the Wyoming State Bar about procedures for: (i) The methods and procedures used in the receipt, collection and safekeeping of all funds of the Wyoming State Bar; and (ii) The procedures for disbursement and audit of such funds.
