WYOMING SUPREME COURT LIFTS ORDER OF SUSPENSION FOR CASPER ATTORNEY
CHEYENNE – The Wyoming Supreme Court has issued an order lifting its January 13, 2021, Order of Immediate Suspension of Casper lawyer Donald J. Tolin from the practice of law in Wyoming. The immediate suspension was issued upon the petition of Deputy Bar Counsel which reported that Tolin had not cooperated with a disciplinary investigation. In its order lifting the immediate suspension, the Court noted that Tolin’s Affidavit in support of his petition to lift the immediate suspension indicated that he has now provided the materials requested by Deputy Bar Counsel and that Deputy Bar Counsel has no objection to dissolving the suspension. Tolin is immediately reinstated to practice law in Wyoming.
