The president-elect, vice president, and treasurer are elected for one-year terms. Any active, resident member of the Wyoming State Bar may be nominated as a candidate for these three offices. The nominations must be signed by at least two active, resident members in good standing. Nominations must be filed with the Wyoming State Bar by 5:00 p.m., July 1, 2016. The Board of Officers and Commissioners shall have general charge of the activities of the Wyoming State Bar.
