Nuts & Bolts of Estate Planning in Wyoming
August 26, 2021 12:00 PM-1:00 PM
Sponsored by the Estate Planning, Elder Law, Trust & Probate Section
This program is designed to be an overview of a holistic perspective of basic estate planning in Wyoming. We will cover the groundwork that most attorneys and clients should consider when contemplating a basic estate plan. We will discuss the key differences between Wills and Trusts, as well as identifying other key documents to round out a complete estate plan.
Speakers
Amanda Brodie
Amanda Brodie is an attorney at Brodie Law, LLC. Amanda is licensed in both Wyoming and Colorado. Amanda has practiced law in the criminal realm, litigated in the civil realm, worked in higher education in the gift planning world and is now focusing her practice primarily on estate planning. After moving back to Wyoming from Colorado, Amanda has actively reengaged with several professionals in the estate planning community, the Wyoming State Bar as a whole and looks forward to additional opportunities to network and serve her community. Amanda is a member of the Rocky Mountain Estate Planning Council in Denver and attends meetings regularly, while also maintaining many rich relationships with the Colorado estate planning community. Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, especially her son Jack and her friends.
