Ruth Carter is a Arizona lawyer who specializes in intellectual property and Internet law. In addition to running the Carter Law Firm, Ruth writes extensively on Internet-related topics and is a much sought after speaker at legal conferences.
Ruth graduated from Arizona State University School of Law in 2011. Ruth is the author of three books and is a frequent guest of radio, TV and podcasts.
Finally, Ruth is a co-founder of Improv-AZ — a local flash mob group in Phoenix and is the author of Flash Mob Law.
