In what is basically a “webinar-side chat,” noted professor, actor and storyteller Mark Yochum brilliantly explains the ethical pitfalls of romantic lawyer-client relationships. In doing so, he weaves a cautionary tale that is both poignant and memorable.

Mark Yochum, J.D.
is Professor of Law at Duquesne, specializing in bankruptcy and professional responsibility. Over the last three decades, he has presented or organized over 200 continuing legal education programs for the Allegheny County Bar Association, the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges, the Internal Revenue Service and many others. He launched Duquesne University School of Law’s continuing legal education program and coordinated CLE programming from 1993 to 2012.

Professor Yochum is not only known for his substantive expertise but his flair for the dramatic. He has been involved in more than 60 regional theater productions. Moreover, he has emceed more than 75 events for the law school, bar associations, and charitable groups.
