Kessner Elected to Wyoming State Bar Governing Board
CHEYENNE – The Wyoming State Bar is pleased to announce that Kevin K. Kessner, an attorney from Sheridan, has been elected Commissioner of the Wyoming State Bar to represent the Fourth Judicial District, which consists of Buffalo and Sheridan Counties. Kessner will serve a three-year term.
Kessner grew up in Rock Springs, Wyoming. He graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2007 and joined the law firm of Yonkee & Toner that year. He is licensed to practice in both Wyoming state and federal courts. Kessner is a trial attorney and represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of litigation throughout the State of Wyoming. His primary focuses of practice include personal injury and business litigation and criminal law, real estate transactions, probate administration and small business and estate planning matters. Outside of work, Kessner spends most of his time with his wife and two daughters in Wyoming’s outdoors.
The 2020/2021 Election of Commissioners was held in accordance with the Bylaws of the Wyoming State Bar. Kessner succeeds Jeremy K. Kisling, also from Sheridan.
