Wyoming Supreme Court Suspends Casper Attorney

CHEYENNE – The Wyoming Supreme Court today issued an order of immediate suspension of Casper attorney, Donald L. Tolin. The Court’s order was issued pursuant to a court rule that provides for immediate suspension of attorneys who fail to cooperate with an investigation conducted by the Wyoming State Bar Office of Bar Counsel. The Court’s order directs the Bar Counsel to proceed with a formal disciplinary charge against Tolin.
