Governor Matt Mead has appointed Judge Keith Kautz as the newest member of the Wyoming Supreme Court. Kautz replaces Justice Marilyn Kite, who has been on the Supreme Court since 2000 – serving as the first female justice and chief justice on the high court.
Members wishing to have resolutions considered must submit such resolutions 30 days prior to the Annual Business Meeting. Resolutions must be received by August 12, 2015.
The Wyoming Supreme Court recently approved proposed amendments to the CLE Rules. The new rules went into effect July 1, 2015.
On Tuesday, June 2nd, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit appointed Honorable Cathleen D. Parker to the bankruptcy bench for the District of Wyoming.

The Wyoming State Bar today announced that 13 people have been recommended for admission to practice law in Wyoming.
The Wyoming Supreme Court has suspended seven lawyers from the practice of law in Wyoming for failing to comply with Rule 4 and Rule 10(a) of the Rules of the Wyoming Supreme Court for Continuing Legal Education.
