The Wyoming Supreme Court has issued an order lifting its January 13, 2021, Order of Immediate Suspension of Casper lawyer Donald J. Tolin from the practice of law in Wyoming.
The Wyoming Supreme Court today issued an order suspending Sheridan attorney Clay B. Jenkins from the practice of law for a period of three years.
Most lawyers have a general understanding of what encryption does. The Wyoming State Bar today announced that the following attorneys have been suspended from the practice of law in Wyoming for failing to comply with Article I, Sec. 5(b) of the Bylaws of the Wyoming State Bar by not paying their annual license fees.
Law firms have never been particularly great at onboarding of staff, including associate attorneys.
