The adverse expert is typically the most dangerous witness because he testifies cloaked in the mantle of the “unbiased scientist.” Thus his testimony, if accepted by the trier-of-fact, can determine a key issue, maybe the entire case.

The Appellate Division of the Permanent Rules Advisory Committee has recommended some changes to the Wyoming Rules of Appellate Procedure. The Supreme Court has adopted these recommendations and they will be effective July 1, 2015.
